Billy Ward is a seasoned Delivery Executive and former COO with over 25 years of experience leading enterprise-scale transformation programs. As a Principal Program Director at Microsoft, Billy has directed more than $160M in digital initiatives, guiding Fortune 100 companies through ERP, CRM, and AI-enabled transformations that drive measurable ROI.

Pete Larsen is a seasoned national security and defense leader with over 25 years of experience advancing U.S. interests through strategic policy, global partnerships, and interagency coordination. A former White House National Security Council Director and U.S. Air Force officer, Pete has worked across the Department of Defense, State Department, and U.S. Embassies worldwide, advising Presidents, Ambassadors, and senior military leadership on complex geopolitical and security matters.

Pete brings specialized expertise in defense contracting, foreign military sales, and national security compliance, making him a critical resource for business owners operating in regulated or government-facing industries.  He has led oversight of multi-billion-dollar security assistance programs, supported international technology transfer initiatives, and understands the intricacies of navigating U.S. government procurement, acquisition cycles, and export controls.

At Juvo, Pete helps clients strengthen their positioning for growth, partnership, or sale, especially those engaged in defense, aerospace, or government contracting.  He is a certified project management professional (PMP), fluent in Arabic, Hebrew, and German, and continues his doctoral research in AI and public policy at George Mason University.
